What to do when you have a claim?
Property
When you have a claim to your property, please do the following:
- Protect your property from further damage
- Make temporary repairs
- Document by taking pictures, notes, and inventory
- Contact Craft Insurance Center or your insurance company

Auto
When you have an accident, please do the following:
- Notify the authorities
- Contact Craft Insurance Center or your insurance company
- Take notes & write down names of witnesses

Workers Compensation
When an employee is injured, please do the following:
- Contact EMS if needed
- Take notes of what happened
- Prepare a North Carolina Form 19 Notice of Claim
- Direct employee to your designated treatment facility

- Take notes of what happened. Witnesses?
